PLEASE NOTE THAT 2017 ASCAP FOUNDATION GRANT APPLICATIONS ARE MADE AVAILABLE BY INVITATION ONLY.

Reporting Requirements for All 2016 Grant Recipients

The ASCAP Foundation has a formal reporting process for all 2016 grantees. This reporting system provides both qualitative and quantitative information on programs we fund. As part of that process, all 2016 ASCAP Foundation grant recipients are required to complete The ASCAP Foundation Program Report at the conclusion of their 2016 project. Program Reports should be received in our office no later than October 1, 2016. Special arrangements can be made for programs ending after October 1, 2016.

SPOTLIGHT ON:
Songwriting Composition Program St John School

Terre Roche serves as artist in residence.

The ASCAP Foundation is proud to support the Songwriting & Composition Program at St. John School of the Arts in the Virgin Islands.

Since January 2013, the St. John School has offered underserved students in grades 6-8 from the Julius E. Sprauve School the opportunity to explore the art of songwriting in a weekly program. Taught by instructor Luba Dolgopolsky and musician Laurie Keefe, with songwriter and ASCAP member Terrie Roche (of the vocal group The Roches) acting as the artist in residence, this program allows its students to express themselves through their own music compositions.
